OUR FACULTY
Meet Our Mentors —APSSB Expert Faculty at Ignited Classes
At Ignited Classes, the quality of your preparation begins with the quality of who teaches you. Our faculty team is made up of four experienced subject specialists — each chosen for their deep knowledge of the APSSB exam pattern and their ability to teach it in a way that produces results.
Stay Ignited, Study Smart.
WHY FACULTY MATTERS
Why Our Faculty Makes the Difference
There are two types of teachers. The first type knows their subject. The second type knows their subject and knows the exam their students are preparing for — the question patterns, the topic weightages, the areas where candidates typically lose marks, and the strategies that separate a cleared paper from a failed one. At Ignited Classes, we only hired the second type. Every mentor on our faculty team has been selected not just for academic expertise, but for a specific understanding of the APSSB Non-Ministerial (Technical) exam. They know which topics appear in every paper. They know which question types trip up candidates who have not practised enough. They know the difference between a concept that needs to be taught thoroughly and one that only needs a quick revision pass. Beyond subject knowledge, our mentors are present. They teach live classes every weekday, conduct doubt sessions after every class, design the weekly mock tests on IgniLearn, and monitor individual student performance throughout the 3-month course. If a student is falling behind in a particular subject, their mentor knows — and acts on it — before the student even realises it themselves. This is the kind of faculty team that Ignited Classes is built on. Not names on a brochure. Teachers who show up every day.

HOW WE TEACH
Our Teaching Approach — Structured, Exam-Focused, and Consistent
Our June 2026 batch is taught by four faculty members, each specialising in the subjects they cover. Here is who will be teaching you:
Phase 1: Concept Clarity
We start from the absolute basics, ensuring no student is left behind, regardless of their academic background.
Phase 2: Example Mastery
Concepts are reinforced through exhaustive solved examples from previous APSSB papers and potential patterns.
Phase 3: Rigorous Practice
Timed practice sets and weekly full-length mock tests ensure that topic clarity translates into exam speed.
DAILY DOUBT SESSIONS
Daily 1-Hour Doubt Sessions — Online & Offline
After every weekday class — whether online through IgniLearn or in person at our Itanagar centre — the teaching faculty holds a dedicated one-hour doubt-clearing session. This is not a WhatsApp group. It is not a support ticket system. It is a live session with your actual subject mentor — the same person who just taught the class — where you can ask any question about that day’s topics or anything else in the syllabus that is unclear. In 3 months of daily classes, there will be days when a concept does not click the first time. There will be topics that need a second explanation from a different angle. There will be practice questions whose solutions you cannot follow on your own. The daily doubt session is where all of that gets resolved — the same day, before it has a chance to become a gap in your preparation. For online students, doubt sessions happen live on IgniLearn after every class. For offline students at our Itanagar centre, doubt sessions happen in the classroom immediately after classes end each day.
